Children's Day & the Kala Learn To Play Color Chord Ukulele

Children's Day is just a few days away as it is always the second Sunday in June; and yes, Children's Day is a real holiday! Now, I do believe every day should be Children's Day, but just like we celebrate Mothers, Fathers and Grandparents on their special day, we are able to celebrate children on their special day - the second Sunday in June.

As I said above, I love how it is so easy to learn to play this ukulele with the color chords on the neck - dots show where you put your fingers for each of the four main chords. I did not know you are able to play most songs using just four chords! Like I said, it is very easy to play the ukulele!

My grandsons were extremely happy when they saw the ukulele at my house . . . they took it home and they all say it is a lot of fun! Whether they go on to play any other instruments or just stick with the ukulele, it is a great way to get them to learn to read music and develop their own musical abilities.
