I have reviewed this book before, but as I think about books to recommend as Christmas gifts, this one is definitely one I happily recommend! It was sent a few years ago for review from Scholastic - and today I am very happy to let you know about, Do NOT Open This Book!

• Simple, fun, expressive, colorful illustrations - children will love the little character in this book!
• Story is a "hoot"! By the end of the book my grandson was starting to be unsure if he should continue to turn pages and read, but he did and the end of the book is surprising, hilarious, had me - and him - laughing out loud!
• It is impossible to read this book without expression and emotion - which is an excellent thing - as it makes it so much more fun!
