Each year after Thanksgiving dinner we put up our Christmas tree - either that evening, or on the weekend when my grandsons come over for a sleepover. They help decorate the tree and I am always so happy with the final look.
I enjoy my facebook memories - the photos from previous years of the boys decorating my tree - it has become a tradition - and a great way to start the Christmas season for sure!
Christmas is two weeks away, so I am making plans for this year's celebrations. I always celebrate with my grandsons and grown children - they matter and I want them to have memories of the times we spent together. It is part of building traditions.
