grandma's cookbook - Popcorn! Popcorn! Popcorn!

My grandsons spend almost every Saturday night at my house for a sleepover and after supper my oldest grandson (almost 16) nearly always asks if I would mind fixing him popcorn . . . which of course, the answer always is, I am very happy to do so! His two brothers and poppa join in on the wanting popcorn, so it is popcorn for everyone. I usually make kettle corn for my youngest grandson, butter popcorn for my middle grandson, and then my oldest grandson and husband have my popped in olive oil and sprinkled with Himalayan pink salt popcorn.

So, if your family is like mine and they enjoy a bowl of popcorn and if you are feeling, "bold and brave" and are looking for a way to "jazz" up your popcorn, then check these ideas I found on Pinterest!

This link will give you directions, ingredients and photo tutorials for making five fabulous, definitely not boring, popcorn recipes . . .

1 - Sriracha, Lime, and Sesame Popcorn
2 - Rosemary, Brown Butter, and Lemon Popcorn
3 - S’mores Popcorn
4 - Maple-Bacon Popcorn
5 - Parmesan-Garlic Popcorn

Some of these may be too "grown-up" for your grandchildren, but you may find them to be tasty treats you enjoy! I think children are likely to enjoy the S'mores Popcorn . . . what do you think?
