- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup dark sweet cherry jam

So . . . where do you get dark sweet cherry jam??? Check this site for amazing cherry items - Cherry Republic! They sent me some of their cherry jam to review and it is delicious! They also sent me some of their White Chocolate Cherry Boomchunka Cookies . . . and they were an absolute delight!
As you make these cookie with your grandchildren, take a moment to look at their thumbprint. Talk with them about how their thumbprint is unique to them . . . nobody else has a thumbprint like theirs! They are a special creation of God and He loves them! Pray with your grandchild and thank God for creating them to be the unique person they are!
