More on the Orchid Show at Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park

If you live in or near Grand Rapids, MI, today from 11am to 5pm is your last chance this year to go see some of the most beautiful and amazing orchids at the Orchid Show at Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park. I went yesterday with my husband and daughter and the orchids were incredible! So many colors! So many sizes! So many unique patterns - it was such a wonderful thing to see!

Anyone can go to the Orchid Show - you do not need a membership at Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park to enjoy the beauty of these flowers - if you want to go into the Park or the Tropical Conservatory or Victorian Garden, you will need a ticket or membership, but the bulk of the show is in an area you are able to enter without these.

I completely enjoyed the Orchid Show - there were hundreds of
gorgeous orchids - and if you do not have a black thumb of death as I do (all plants die if I try to grow them), then there are vendors at the show who will give you helpful information on orchids and from whom you are able to buy some beautiful orchids of your own!

So, if you live in or near the area - today is a great day to go enjoy some amazing orchids - and bring the children you love with you as well for a fun event to enjoy together!
