We are one week into February, so I thought I'd share another pie recipe since it is the Great American Pie Month . . . Lemonade Ice Cream Pie! This pie is so tasty - and simple to make . . . your grandchildren will be happy to help you make it for sure!
- One half can of frozen lemonade concentrate - do NOT add water to the concentrate
- 1/4 gallon of vanilla ice cream - softened a bit
- Graham cracker pie crust
- Whipped cream
So, how do you prepare this pie . . .
- Combine 1/4 gallon of ice cream with thawed lemonade concentrate and mix with mixer to combine
- Pour into pie crust and freeze
When you serve, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
What pie are you making to celebrate this month?
