The Dr. Seuss Quote for Today is - A Person's a Person . . .

The Dr. Seuss Quote for today is, "A person's a person no matter how small!"   This is one of my all-time favorite Dr. Seuss quotes! It is absolutely true! A person is a person no matter how small, large, tall, short, skinny, fat . . . no matter how they are, a person is a person! I want to also say a person is a person no matter where they are from, or what gender they are, or the color of their skin, or if they are trans/queer. A person is a person and God loves us all.

John 3:15 tells us, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." God's Word tells us God loves all of us and we need to do the same.

I do believe God is deeply grieved to see people who say they belong to Him, turn their backs on so many people just because they are different than them. God loves everyone and we must do the same.

Be sure to point this out to your grandchildren, too! Help them understand everything God does is marvelous, including creating them! This world may not value things which are small or every person, but God does! He created them and He has a plan for their lives! Be sure to take a moment to pray for each grandchild by name - "Thank You God for creating _____! Please help him/her know You value them, even though he/she is a child! Please help him/her understand You have a plan for his/her life; please help him/her discover the marvelous things You have in store for him/her! Thank You, Amen!"
